Mathematics

Each week we have special sessions with those students who have profound and multiple learning difficulties.
Each student was asked to hold a number and another student was asked to put the appropriate bean bag onto their lap.

Mathematics equips pupils with a uniquely powerful set of tools to understand a changing world. These tools enable the pupils to reason logically and to be able to solve problems.
Mathematics is important in everyday life and is a creative discipline. By revealing the hidden connections and patterns pupils gain a better understanding and an ability to function in the community.
