Art and design stimulates creativity and imagination. It provides visual, tactile and sensory experiences and a unique way of understanding the world. It helps children to make sense of their world and it promotes thinking and creativity.

 All pupils at New Siblands School will progress through a modified national curriculum scheme of work (QCA). They will have a balanced progression of art activities across the key stages which are relevant and age appropriate.
